These terms apply to PGI-owned documents, manuscripts, white papers, articles, transcripts, podcasts, artwork and other materials published on this website, subject to specific licences and applicable law.

Personal downloads

Where PGI makes a file available for free download, PGI permits personal, non-commercial reading, listening and private study. Paid materials remain subject to the purchase terms. Downloading does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant commercial, publication or engineering implementation rights.

Restricted uses

Except where permitted by applicable law or a specific written licence, reproduction beyond permitted personal use, republication, redistribution, resale, translation, adaptation, public performance or broadcast, commercial reuse and use of PGI materials for AI model training require prior written permission. Retain copyright, attribution and rights notices on permitted copies.

Trademarks and branding

CASA™, CASA CI NeXUS4™ and NeXUS4™ are names used by PGI to identify its programme and offerings. PGI reserves its rights in its names, logos and distinctive branding to the extent protected by applicable law. No registered status is asserted by this notice. Do not use PGI branding to imply endorsement, certification, partnership, affiliation or authority without written permission. Accurate descriptive references remain permitted where lawful.

Engineering and confidentiality

Public access does not grant a patent licence or permission to use confidential engineering information, credentials or unpublished implementation details. This notice does not claim exclusive rights over abstract ideas, laws, facts, general terminology or independently developed work.

Lawful exceptions

Nothing in this notice overrides applicable copyright exceptions, fair dealing, accessibility rights, existing third-party licences or other rights provided by law. Where attribution is required, acknowledge the work’s title, author and PGI source.

Book download and purchase agreement

Before a paid checkout or the bookstore free-download step, select the book and format, read these terms, tick the acceptance box and press Accept copyright agreement. Acceptance applies only to the selected book, format and current agreement version. PGI records a random receipt reference, book, format, agreement version and acceptance time. This is an agreement receipt, not identity verification or proof of payment.

A permitted book copy is for the recipient’s personal reading, listening and private study. Preserve attribution and copyright notices. No redistribution, resale, republication, public broadcast, commercial reuse, AI-training, branding, translation or engineering implementation rights are granted, except where applicable law or a specific written licence permits use. Lawful exceptions and accessibility rights remain unaffected. Underlying CASA technology and implementation rights are reserved.

Paid ebook and audiobook releases, translations and Paystack checkout are coming soon. No payment or preorder deposit is currently accepted. Payment, delivery and refund details for an actual paid release must be supplied before checkout opens. Agreement version: 16 October 2026.
